Unwind + Restore

Feel the energy of the week slowly settle in this gentle and restorative yoga class. We'll transition through a guided meditation, simple and intentional movement, and long, supportive restorative postures. Meredith curates an atmosphere of deep relaxation through theming and music so you can unwind and restore.
This class is open to all bodies and abilities.
Feel free to dress in warm, comfy clothing.
