- **Event Description**: Join our host, Heide Scheurer of Sound Haven VT for a transformative experience of rest, release and renewal as she guides you with sound so you can meet yourself exactly where you are at and take yourself where you need to go. 
If you feel tense, restless or weighed down by stress, you are invited to lean into a field of vibration as sounds of ancient Himalayan bowls, chimes, monochord and  gong gently soothe the nervous system, releasing what is stuck and creating space for clarity, presence and renewal.
Through gentle breath work and toning, you will prepare your body to receive. Then the sound will carry you - through stillness, through resonance, through release. The gong may rise in intensity, climax and resolve, helping the body let go of what no longer serves. 
You may drop into a deeply restful state, or you may feel waves and energy moving through you - both are forms of transformation!
