Calling all Veterans in North Devon - Join us for R&R
Our mission is simple, to nurture veterans' mental health through nature, using Hakeford Woods as our base. We believe in creating a space where veterans can truly 'be', away from the chaos of everyday life.

Being in a natural environment awakens our senses, making us feel alive and boosting our self-esteem and confidence. We're all about gentle, passive recovery, and are here to support you every step of the way.

From sitting around a fire with a warm wet, chatting with fellow veterans, to participating in woodcraft, woodland management, or wild cooking, we're all about building a community of support.

The sessions will be based at Hakeford Woods, which is 10 minutes from Barnstaple near Chelfham Mill. The sessions will be open to all veterans regardless of rank, age or gender. If you would like to attend - or you know someone who might benefit from our service - please book a place.
