Vanta Breathwork begins in the places we often avoid.
The tension.
The heaviness.
The parts of ourselves we were taught to hide.
The name Vanta comes from Vantablack — one of the darkest substances on earth.
Not because this work is dark — but because it welcomes what’s usually unseen.
When emotions aren’t met or processed, the body adapts.
It tightens.
It holds.
It stores.
Over time, this can show up as stress, irritability, numbness, or a sense of being disconnected from yourself.
Through conscious connected breathing, we gently work with the nervous system — not to fix or change anything, but to create enough safety for the body to soften.
And when those hidden parts are finally met with breath and presence, something shifts.
This is where self-love becomes real.
Not as an idea.
But as a felt sense of acceptance.
This is why I call this session Love Begins Within.
Because self-love doesn’t start with becoming someone better.
It starts with meeting who you already are.
