Herbal tea will be offered at the end of the sound bath to support you in returning to your evening feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.

The session will start at 6:30pm so please arrive a little early to allow yourself time to get settled.  

Exchange: £12.50 per person

Places are limited (✨Shakti Barn is a cosy space✨) so booking is recommended.

- severe mental health
