Enjoy the transformative practice of Kundalini yoga - a breathwork and moving meditation that will leave you feeling relaxed, energised and inspired.

Held on the first Saturday of each month in The Holistic Healing Sanctuary, upstairs at The Plant Bar Cafe, 9 The Strand in Barnstaple.

Booking is essential, so please reserve your place directly with me to confirm your participation before the class.

I really enjoy bringing this monthly class to you. It's a great start to the month, energising the body and elevating the mind. And if you feel inclined, there is always some lively conversation and gorgeous food/drinks to be had in the cafe after.
