This weekend is all about rest, nourishment, and spaciousness, with restorative yoga, gentle movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation practices designed to help your nervous system settle and your body soften.  

There’s plenty of unstructured time to sleep, walk, read, or simply be, plus delicious local vegetarian and plant-based food, to nourish you from the inside out.  

Whether you are new to yoga or deeply familiar with it, this is a calm, supportive space to let go of overwhelm and return to yourself ?
