It is a beautiful Japanese modality that unifies mindfulness, the breath and meditation with a way of being. 

We are all ‘Reiki’ we just need to remember how to access it. Over the years I have been practicing, it has been a powerful tool for self regulation, self awareness  and a healing space for others.

Certified Level 1 Course with Reiki Master Teacher Lianne Coombes.

1 day and 1. 5hr extra practise session

✍️ Certified to be able to move onto Reiki 2 if desired
