Through flowing Qi Gong with Ali and restorative Hanna Somatics with Debs, we’ll awaken the body from winter’s stillness, open to new energy and reconnect with the ease of natural movement. Nutritious lunch included.

10:30am Qi Gong class with Ali followed by meditation
11:30am Walk in nature
12:45pm Nutritious 2 course lunch
1:45pm Gentle Somatics class to release chronic tension
2:45pm Close tea/coffee
