Postnatal Mum and Baby Yoga
Postnatal yoga classes focus on regaining strength and alignment in your body, following your pregnancy and the birth of your baby. You will also learn how to calm your mind in a supportive and positive way and enjoying sharing your relaxation skills with your baby. Your baby will be right next to you at all times and you will be encouraged to flow through the class with your baby, so they can feed, nap or be comforted by you, whenever the need arises.These classes help new mums to share their experiences with others on the same path and develop a community of support.
The classes are suitable for mums with babies from 6 weeks old to crawling.
