Join my relaxing Pilates and meditation class in the heart of Barnstaple at St Anne's Arts & Community Centre. The Pilates class will be suitable for all levels and this space is so cosy and relaxing, enveloped by candlelight. Please bring your own mat and warm layers (including a blanket for the end meditation).
