New for 2019! Yoga Classes with Naomi.
Starting Tuesday 5 February 10.00-11.00 then Every Tuesday.
Everyone is welcome at Naomi's yoga classes, whether you’re a complete beginner, or been practising yoga for a long time. Everyone has a first time of coming to a yoga class! So please come along and enjoy yoga, whatever your age, shape, size, fitness level or current physical condition.
Please get in touch if you need to talk about a particular health issue - this will enable Naomi to adapt the class to suit you.
Yoga classes will generally include some hatha and/or slow vinyasa movement. They will include physical postures and simple sequences to improve flexibility, strength, posture and balance; also some relaxation, mindfulness and breathwork techniques. These may help you to enjoy and feel greater wellbeing, energy flow and ease.
Classes cost £6 on a drop-in weekly basis, or £5 if you book a half term of classes (between 5 and 7 weeks).
