You are invited to experience a healing and relaxing sound meditation. Please arrive at 6.30pm and make yourself comfortable for the session. 

The session will start with a short breath meditation to allow your body & mind to arrive and start to relax.

The sounds of gentle chimes and singing bowls will help you to relax further. Layers of sound will build up and take you on your own personal dreamy journey.

Everyone in the room will have a different experience and each time the experience will be different again.

The sounds take you into alpha and theta waves of sleep where you are relaxed and open to the healing vibrations. If you wish you can set a healing intention. Maybe you have body pain, mental stresses or are just unsure which direction to turn. You can begin your session by asking for guidance and then letting go of expectation and seeing what comes up for you.

There are many benefits to a sound bath.

-Feeling calmer/less stressed.
-Muscles that feel looser.
-A greater sense of relaxation.
-Pain relief.
-The ability to sleep better.
-Improved mood.
-Better body awareness/being more in tune with your body.

The session will finish with some gentle sounds as you slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

You can take your time at the end and if you have any questions you are welcome to ask.
