Join us for a fantastic Summer Market event, showcasing the very best in local surf craft, clothing, and handmade goods!

We're excited to invite you to a day of community celebration and coastal creativity, right here in the heart of Braunton. Whether you're a surfer, a supporter of local makers, or just looking for a fun day out, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

The Museum of British Surfing will be open to visitors throughout the day, currently featuring our latest exhibition: “Creamed Honey”. This special display celebrates the golden era of British surf culture, highlighting some of the finest Braunton-made surfboards from the 1970s — true classics that helped shape UK surf history.

We’re also teaming up with our good friends at Braunton Craft Market, who will be bringing together a brilliant variety of local stalls. Expect everything from handmade jewellery and art to natural skincare, homewares, and more – a perfect opportunity to support small businesses and pick up something truly unique.

We’re hoping the weather will be kind and bring us some sunshine – but rain or shine, it’s going to be a great day out.
