✨This will be my most nourishing retreat yet! Giving you a chance to slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself as we settle into the quiet beauty of winter.

Your day will include:
?‍♀️ 90 minutes of nourishing Yoga Flow to warm the body, support circulation, and boost immunity
? 90 minutes of deeply restorative Yin Yoga
? A magical 60-minute Gong & Sound Bath to drift into pure relaxation
❄️ An optional cold plunge in the lake (for the brave!)
? A wholesome, warming lunch designed to comfort and replenish
? Tea, coffee or cocoa around the fire pit to end the day in connection and cosiness

Winter is a season that calls us inward. It is a time to replenish our reserves, nourish the body, and nurture the heart. Through movement, stillness, sound, and community, this retreat offers a sanctuary away from the busyness of life.

This is a chance to pause, breathe, and remember the simple joy of being for before the madness of Christmas truly sets in!
