✨ This will be a deeply restorative morning to honour the Virgo Blood Moon on 3rd March. This potent lunar eclipse invites us to gently release what feels overwhelming or misaligned, and to return to a sense of steadiness, clarity and inner support.

✨ Strong, steady & grounding yoga practice, designed to build strength, stability and body awareness.
✨ Crystal bowl and chime meditation, allowing the nervous system to integrate and settle into deep rest.
✨ Gentle reflection, integration, and a sweet treat and a cuppa to go home feeling restored.
