Deep Winter Rest - 4 week course
This four-week winter series is an invitation to slow down, soften, and rest deeply during the quieter weeks of February.
Held on Thursday evenings, these sessions offer a calm, nurturing space to unwind at the end of the day and gently transition toward rest and sleep. Rather than striving to “do” anything, participants are invited to arrive just as they are and allow the body to settle in its own time.
Each session may include:
~ Simple, nourishing breathwork techniques to support relaxation (and take home)
~ Gentle, floor-based movement to ease the spine and body
~ Self-soothing practices, including guided foot relaxation inspired by reflexology
~ The use of calming essential oils
~ Sound meditation using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, ocean drum, and monochord
~ Time for deep rest, silence, and integration
The series is rooted in the energy of deep winter — a time traditionally associated with rest, shedding, and restoration.
These sessions offer permission to pause, replenish, and let go of the need to push or perform.
Participants are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring blankets, and treat the evening as a gentle act of self-care.

£15 drop-in per Thursday evening session
£48 for all 4 Thursday evening classes
£60 to include the Thursday series plus a Sunday afternoon sound bath at the studio
