As the year draws to a close, this extended practice invites you to slow down, soften, and turn inward. To honour all that this year has held.
Just as nature rests through winter, we too are invited to pause, reflect, and replenish.
This nurturing 90-minute session blends a gentle Hatha flow to release tension and open the body with Yin Yoga to deeply stretch, restore, and quiet the mind. Moving slowly and mindfully, we’ll explore balance between effort and ease, creating space for stillness, calm, and connection. Then drifting slowly off in a guided Yoga Nidra to invite profound rest for body and mind.
Through mindful movement, stillness, and deep relaxation, we’ll create space to reflect, reset, and nourish ourselves before the busyness of the festive season.
Expect soft lighting, grounding breathwork, and a peaceful, supportive atmosphere... a moment of calm in the midst of December madness!
