An Introduction to Tai Chi & Chi Gung
Join Steve for an evening exploring the gentle yet powerful arts of Tai Chi and Chi Kung.
Steve will guide you through a deeply relaxing yet energising moving meditation, introducing you to a soft and strong practise and practical movement, breath and mindfulness techniques which can easily be incorporated in to your daily self-care routine.
This will be a relaxing and informative evening, and if you wish to progress further with your practise it will be a good foundation from which to progress on to Steve's six week Tai Chi and Chi Gung beginner's course commencing on 20th March, in Braunton.
This session is open to all ages and abilities and will close with tea and light refreshments.
