This experience has been created to connect you with the wisdom of the plants, quiet the mind, open the energetic body, and create space for healing, release and deeper connection with yourself.This will not simply be a cup of tea.We will approach tea as plant medicine, inviting us to slow down, become present, and allow the warmth, aroma, herbs and energy of the tea to move through the body, support relaxation and deepen our connection within.CHOOSING YOUR TEA INTUITIVELYWhen you arrive, you will be invited to choose your own tea—not by reading what each one represents, but by allowing your intuition to guide you toward the blend you feel called to.Each tea will carry its own unique energetic and spiritual meaning, but those meanings will remain a mystery until everyone has made their selection.Perhaps your body chooses what your mind didn't even realize it needed.Our tea selection will include blends such as:🍋 Lemon Ginger🌼 Chamomile💜 Lavender Stress Relief…and additional teas will be available for selection.THE CEREMONYWe will begin with intention setting with Meredith to set your individual tone for the ceremony.This will be followed by gentle yoga and intentional movement led by Kayla, allowing us to soften the physical body, open our energetic channels and prepare ourselves to receive.From there, Meredith will guide the group into meditation, bringing awareness inward and creating intention for the ceremony.Then we will choose and prepare our teas.
