Takeover Day 2025

On Thursday 23rd October we're handing over the keys to Year 6 from Barugh Green Primary School as they take over Cannon Hall Museum as part of Kids in Museums Takeover Day!

Come and meet the new temporary Front of House staff who will give you a warm welcome before the highly skilled trainee Learning Assistants and engaging Visitor Service Assistants show you how to make spooky Halloween decorations and delight you with original stories based on Cannon Hall’s ceramic collection.

Generously funded by BMHT, Barnsley Museum's is thrilled to be working in partnership again with Fusion for this special day.
