Woolaroc will host the Spring Traders Encampment again, Thursday through Saturday, at the Living History Camp at Woolaroc. Nestled near the shore of Crystal Lake, this camp is one of the most beautiful of its kind and the perfect setting for a weekend of this historical retreat.

Hosted by dedicated Mountain Men, the camp has quickly become a favorite for traders and re-enactors from across the country. The camp will be historically accurate, recreating what a settlement of this type would have looked like in the 1840s.

The Traders Encampment is open to the public, and guests are encouraged to park, walk through the camp, and watch primitive competitions. No additional admission is required; regular admission at the gate includes entrance to the event. Many campers will set up tents or tipis and have period crafts for the public to view and purchase.
