🚨 Children & Families First Aid Courses 🚨

Join us at Invictus Martial Arts for an engaging , age-appropriate first aid session designed to build confidence and essential lifesaving skills!

These sessions will cover practical first aid awareness, including calling for help, dealing with common injuries, and choking awareness — all delivered in an age-appropriate and supportive way.

📅 Date: Sun 8th March

🕙 Kids session: Ages 6-17
10:00–11:00 am - £10

🕚 Family session: Ages 4+
11:15–12:15 pm – £15 (1 parent/carer + 1 child)
