Recently, I found this well-loved table on Facebook Marketplace for just free. While some people might see an old, worn-out piece of furniture ready for the trash, we see an opportunity to create something beautiful together.

Join us on Saturday, June 20th, as our young artists transform this table into a one-of-a-kind community masterpiece for the Free Little Art Gallery – Barnhart!

Each child will have the opportunity to leave their mark by creating either:

?️ A colorful handprint
? A tiny painting or doodle
? A rainbow, flower, cat, heart, or any small design they dream up!

Together we’ll learn about:

♻️ Reusing and upcycling
? Creative expression
? Building community through art

When we’re finished, this special table will remain at the gallery as a lasting reminder that with a little creativity, even something headed for the trash can become a treasure.

☀️ Weather permitting

? Location: Upper Park Pavilion at the intersection of Montecello Dr. and Fairfax in the Village of Jefferson Subdivision.

? Limited to 10 young artists to ensure everyone has space to create.

? Registration is required IN THE EVENT COMMENTS. To reserve a spot, comment below with your child’s first name and age.

?‍?‍?‍? Parents are encouraged to attend and participate with their children.

? Bring snacks or a picnic lunch and drinks for your family, and we’ll all enjoy lunch together under the park pavilions.

? Participants should plan on getting messy, so dress accordingly!

Because art isn’t just about making beautiful things.
