Let's dive deep into relaxation through intentional breathing and soothing sounds. This session is your time to unwind, destress, and reset. No experience needed, just bring an open heart and mind. Come nurture your well-being with us!

-water bottle

- eye mask (optional)

- own blanket/mat/cushions (optional)

Please note this session is not suitable for the following

-people with severe mental health issues or under GP/ medical care

-people with a pacemaker

-people with noise sensitivity

-yongsters under the age of 18

-pregnant women in their first trimester

-strictly no alcohol or other substance misuse before this session

-no late comers will be allowed

Meet Toni

Toni is an intuitive Sound healer and Yoga teacher, founder of Wellness YoDa. Toni is passionate about empowering people to transform their lifestyles through yoga and mindfulness. Toni combines her skills as breathwork, meditation and yoga teacher and sound healer to create safe space and deliver magical experiences. Toni uses sounds and vibrations masterfully to clear stagnant blockages and re centre energy channels. Working with Toni will help you alter your life for the better, creating balance in your existence, adapting your way of perceiving, responding and acting. You will notice significant mental changes like calmness, acceptance, inner strength, resilience and stability. You will learn to trust your inner wisdom and be more present.
