Welcome to the first daytime women's circle at Beech Hill, a space to be, be heard and connect with other women. This is especially aimed at mothers who might struggle to find times in the evenings. But also open to any other woman who is free in the morning. Babes in arms also very welcome (up to 6 month-ish, so before they start properly crawling).
We will gather around the outdoor fire or in the log cabin, depending on the weather.

This daytime event is especially suitable for women who have other commitments in the evenings, and runs additionally to the monthly evening circles. Message me if you are interested in the evening circles.
About the circle structure: Come exactly as you are! This is a sacred space. There will be time for a grounding meditation, and some reflections on what is happening in nature and how that impacts. The main part will be a sharing circle, where you will be invited to speak and be witnessed by the others in the circle. This is a non-judgemental and non-rescuing place, which means you can share how you are, what you are with, and don't have to explain yourself or apologise. There is a lot of power in being witnessed and also in witnessing. We will practice both and come to a place of more calm and connection. No one is ever obliged to speak, it's all an invitation.
The circle will be interwoven with song, poetry and relaxation. At the end there will be time to have a cup of seasonal herbal tea and social chat.
The circle will be held by Kat, who has led womens circles over the last 10 years and loves the power and transformation that arises when women are heard and seen, and can share the experience in a welcoming, safe and nurturing space.
