We all need to take time to replenish our energies and nurture our well-being... this gives you and your friends the chance to do so in a beautiful setting with the knowledge you're supporting TCR Hub, a unique community centre and charity here in Barnard Castle.

Day Package: Saturday 7th Feb
Price per person: £50 

SATURDAY 
12.15 / 12.30pm - Arrival
1 - 2.30pm: Yoga in Drama studio 
3 - 5.30pm: Sauna/Swims
Bring your own food 
6 - 7pm: Soundbath experience in Drama studio 
7pm: Finish
