Aromagroup BC- Staying Well through autumn/winter with Aromatherapy and Essential Oils £20

Are you interested in wellbeing and the benefits of aromatherapy? Join our friendly group of like minded people to explore how essential oils can benefit us as we change seasons.
Over the next few months we will look at essential oils for boosting our immune system, for support if we become unwell with a virus, for supporting our circulation and keeping us warm, for caring for our skin as we are exposed to harsher weather. To support stress, sad, mental health too.
Each session includes a blend you will create to take home.
