Restorative Yoga is a slow, restful, peaceful yoga journey with long held yoga poses and beautiful guided meditation to lull you into a deep state of restorative relaxation.

Sunday 29th March at 10am-12noon at The Whole You with Jade Malinovski Yoga Studio at 546 Bookmark Ave, Renmark.

Restorative yoga is a gentle, melt-into-the-mat practice where soft props, slow breaths, and soothing stillness cradle your body into deep, effortless relaxation.

Bookings are essential as space is limited.

BYO yoga mat (if you have one) blankie, pillow and water bottle. Wear super comfortable clothing and thick cosy socks 🤍
