Your monthly restorative yoga rest, restore and reset.

Restorative Yoga is a slow, restful, peaceful yoga journey with long held yoga poses and beautiful guided meditation to lull you into a deep state of restorative relaxation.

Sunday 7th December at 10am-12noon at Balanced Life Yoga, 546 Bookmark Ave, Renmark.

Bookings are essential as space is limited.

BYO yoga mat (if you have one) blankie, pillow and water bottle. Wear super comfortable clothing and thick cosy socks 🤍
