In preparation, we will be exploring the history behind this celebration, and what it signifies in our March Sacred Sister Circle.

Ostara also represents the spring equinox, the beginning of spring. 

We’ll take inspiration from this season by journaling around new beginnings and gently tuning into the sacral chakra, the energetic centre of creativity and fertility. 

We'll also be tapping into our creativity with some creative writing based on self care.
As usual, Sylvia will guide us through a beautiful visualisation and seasonal folk tale. 

We will then finish with a deeply restorative sound bath so you will hopefully leave feeling calm and grounded, ready for another week.

February can be a tough month for some, so I am really looking forward to gathering and acknowledging this (much anticipated!) turning of the wheel, looking forward to the return of the sun, and celebrating new beginnings
