UN International Day of Yoga

Eastern Region has put together a free event for all BWY-Eastern Region members and non-members; with indoor Yoga classes for all ages and abilities. (Donations can be made to St Francis Hospice or the BWY) to book online go to the BWY website ( https://www.bwy.org.uk/events/
) or just come along.
Set in the picturesque grounds of Ardleigh House, there will be a small marketplace for a yoga delight Anna Semley CDs and Books with Rajesh yoga CDs and more, a BWY stand, for you to enjoy, or you can just relax in the lounge.
This is to celebrate the UN International Day Yoga. Adults and children are welcome, to a family fun day of yoga for all.
Refreshment Please bring a packed lunch sandwich or salad bowl. Although tea and coffee will be available if you require herbal tea or special diet please can you bring that with you. Thank you.
Our theme is Peace among all people so we would love you to come and be part of the element? Which is the yoke of yoga.
The day starts 10.00am to 4.00pm. There are four teachers in total, each teaching the two slots morning and afternoon we have put together as per the following; on a first come first on the list.
