Whether your child has never used a sewing machine before or wants to build confidence, these hands-on sessions are the perfect place to start.Our unique Sewing Machine Learner's Licence Programme is inspired by learning to drive. Instead of simply attending a class, every learner develops practical sewing machine skills, completes exciting projects, and works towards a recognised Sew London Project Beginner Certificate.Each 2.5 hour session includes:• Step-by-step guidance from an experienced tutor.• Safe use of a sewing machine.• Learning essential sewing techniques.• Completing a project to take home.• Progress recorded in a Sewing Skills Passport.Projects may include bookmarks, scrunchies, tote bags, drawstring bags, cushions, pencil cases, fabric baskets, simple garments, upcycling projects, and much more. Every session introduces new skills, so children can join at any stage and still enjoy a complete learning experience.Pricing£20 per individual session.Book 5 sessions for just £90 (save £10, the system will not allow me to customise payment if you pay online for 5 sessions, we will refund £10 at the end of the session).All materials, fabrics and sewing equipment are provided unless otherwise stated.
