Returning for her second pop-up at West Elm, Westfield London, Jessica Wilde is a Staffordshire based surface pattern designer and illustrator who creates unique and eye-catching designs inspired by nature and wildlife. Each artwork begins with hand drawn detailing, combined with an expressive colourful twist. The passion behind her work is ‘biophilia’, our innate need to connect with nature, a concept at the heart of Jessica’s inspiration and the focus of a recent Masters in Textile Design at Birmingham City University. The collection aims to share a love for nature that can be enjoyed in the home or as treasured gifts and accessories.
The pop-up brings the Biophilia collection to West Elm for 2 days, featuring home and fashion accessories, art, stationery and gifts. There’s also the opportunity to join Jessica on the Sunday afternoon for a fun and relaxing stylised botanical drawing workshop.
