Great Cook : Nigerian Bean Casserole with Joan
“Ewa riro”, also referred to as stewed beans, is a Nigerian delicacy from the Yoruba community. It’s a delicious one-pot dish. It is made by boiling beans until tender, then we stew it up with tomatoes. “Ewa” translates to beans and riro means ”stirred” so ”Ewa riro” means ”stirred Beans.”
My name is Joan, and I love making food at home. I wanted to share my recipe with others.
