🌬️As the seasons shift and the year nears its close, we gather beneath the trees to breathe, move, and open our hearts. This Sacred Sunday is a time to release, restore, and receive — a homecoming for the soul.
Our flow will begin in an opening circle of prayer and intention, grounding into gratitude and divine connection. Through breathwork, we’ll soften the layers of stress and story. Through dance, we’ll free what has been held too tightly. Through toning, we’ll raise our vibration and awaken our authentic voices.
Together, we’ll close in stillness and gratitude before sharing a potluck meal and communion, nourishing both body and spirit as one human family.
This is a come-as-you-are gathering — no expectations, no judgment. Just open hearts, real connection, and the beauty of community in motion.

🌕 Intention
To honor the lessons of the year and release the weight of the old.
To let go of all that no longer serves our path.

To remember that we are supported, guided, free, and infinitely loved.
Through community, breath, and movement — we rise and we receive. 🌬️✨
