- **Event Name**: Christmas for Veterans at the Nelson County Jail

- **Event Description**: For 2 years, we have been doing the Christmas visits to the Nelson County Jail thank to Jailer Justin Hall.  Many thanks to the Shepherdsville VFW, Botland Christian Church, and many other supporters who wish to remain anonymous.  

We normally do visits to about 5 Veterans there.  We also offer veterans services for inmates needing VA support  

Donations are accepted for this project in the form of items and cash, and all donations are accounted for via the VFW and their treasurer
