Students will explore how food is grown, the science behind healthy eating and about the many opportunities to to turn agricultural knowledge into innovative projects and businesses. Participants will explore the science behind plants, develop entrepreneurial skills through agricultural ventures, and learn about healthy eating. Each workshop will include engaging hands-on activities, teamwork and real world applications that connect directly to everyday life.
