🎸 You’ve been dreaming about playing music, to play the guitar
🎸 You would like to jam with friends at a campfire?
🎸 You always loved music, and maybe there’s already a guitar catching dust in the corner, you just don’t know where to start...
During this workshop you will have a chance to learn the basics of playing the guitar, to immerse yourself into music, in a fun, easy and effective way.
We will jump into music in the first hour, improvising, playing, creating.
The goal: to explore music, to find the notes you love, to receive tools that give confidence and success.
Over the weekend:
🎸 We learn the basic scales and with them you’ll be able to improvise in different moods.
🎸 We’ll talk about the theory of music as knowledge gives confidence.
🎸 You’ll be introduced into the basic chords. We’ll form a band, experiencing the joy of playing and creating together.
🎸 We will transform ourselves into musicians, and play songs (which we might even write together).
🎸 And we’ll just play and laugh a lot.
Besides playing the guitar, we’ll sing too, as singing is great and important and your voice is an instrument you always have with you. And with our voice we can experience music and vibration in a different way.
(it’s very okay if this feels a bit frightening at first, you don’t need to sing in front of the group, we will just make some sounds).
No previous experience is needed to participate, you can be a starter, a restarter, a pro, a forever student.

I’ve been playing the guitar for more than 20 years, but I’ve been dreaming to play music for more than 30. Teaching has been always a part of my life, and I am happy that now I can help others to find their way to music.
Music brought the most joy, connection, success, peace, friendship love, travel in my life and I would love to open this door for others with my own music methods. Besides teaching one-on-one, for 4 years I lead a group music workshop in Budapest, at Szimpla Kert. And what I am very proud of, is that my students gave their first ever concert last year. At the moment I have a duo with Andrea Szabadi (handpan player and singer), I have a mantraband called Kuntu Zangpo, and I have an ambient guitar project called Cosmic Guitar. And yes, I teach music.
My previous projects are: Lanou, Matana, Béleműhely, Julia Chants, Karuna, Simon Gyuri and friends.
