The Talk A Group Discussion Series w/a Sex Therapist: Best Sex of Your Life

How would you describe your sex life? Fiery? Kinky? Thriving? ...Monotonous, predictable, or just okay?
If you did get "the talk" at some point growing up, chances are it was more about avoiding harms or STIs than about pleasure. Instead of being taught to explore and enjoy, we're usually taught to avoid or conform.
Consider this talk your invitation to upgrade your sex life from good to mind blowing - you'll leave with a new mentality on how to "spice things up" if you're in a relationship, and how to have more satisfying hookups if you're navigating the dating world right now.

What topics will we cover?
1. Upgrade your sex life whether you’re single, partnered, feeling stuck or feeling adventurous.
2. Discover new spicy resources & gain practical tools from a therapist to try when you get home!
3. Learn the top 5 sexual skills and what "communication is key" actually means.
4. Leave feeling excited and empowered to explore on your own or with someone else!

Join me in Barcelona every month to discuss everything you never had the chance to learn while growing up in a world where sexual messages are EVERYWHERE yet sex is too taboo to talk about openly. The Talk offers a judgment-free zone to learn how to upgrade your sex life. . . all while connecting with new friends over your own experiences. No matter if you're single or partnered, new to The Talk or a seasoned veteran, this event is for you.

What should I expect? Willow will lead a structured discussion by sharing her insights, followed by facilitated small group discussions and opportunities for everyone to ask questions. You are absolutely welcome to jump into the discussion at any time, however you can also simply listen and not participate.

*TICKETS: Free to enter, pay what you can at the end. Your free entry ticket includes water, wine, and snacks. You can contribute to the rental of the space at the end by Bizum, Wise, bank transfer, or cash.

Vibrart Studio Rooftop: C/Ortigosa 14 (Barcelona) The entrance is a big black door. My partner will be downstairs to greet you and show you to the elevator.

All genders, ages, sexual orientations, relationship styles, single or partnered are welcome. I encourage you to invite partners and friends, or come alone and make new ones while you're here!

Do I have to talk?
It is never mandatory that you participate in the discussion by talking. All I ask is that you listen respectfully!

About Me:
Hi! I’m Willow. I hold a psychology degree from New York University, and two masters degrees: one in Sex & Couples Therapy and another in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I’ve been teaching university students in Barcelona for the last 4 years, most notably in my course The Psychology of Human Sexuality. I've also been hosting The Talk for over a year already and it's been so sweet to see this community grow! Understanding your sexuality, relationships, & dating habits is a lifelong journey and no one expects you to have all the answers. These talks provide a supportive environment in which you realize you are not alone in your doubts, insecurities, fantasies, or experiences - and gives you real tools to take home with you.
