Ladies in Control Short Film Festival

Join us for the 3rd edition of Ladies in Control Festival, taking place on December 9th at La Textil Collective (C/ Casp 33B).

This year, we spotlight films that challenge the inherited gaze; stories that reclaim space for women as authors, protagonists, and witnesses of their own realities.

Our program centers cinema that dismantles objectification and recenters the female experience in all its forms: the everyday, the sensual, the resistant, the intimate, the vulnerable.

An evening of short films directed by women, followed by Q&As with the filmmakers and a curated networking space designed to connect directors, screenwriters, producers, and emerging talents in our community.

A night for cinema that looks back, speaks up, and takes control.

Acompáñanos en la tercera edición del Ladies in Control Festival, que tendrá lugar el 9 de diciembre en La Textil Collective (C/ Casp 33B).

Este año, destacamos películas que desafían la mirada heredada; historias que reclaman un espacio para las mujeres como autoras, protagonistas y testigos de sus propias realidades.

Nuestro programa se centra en el cine que desmantela la cosificación y vuelve a centrar la experiencia femenina en todas sus formas: lo cotidiano, lo sensual, lo resistente, lo íntimo, lo vulnerable.

Una velada de cortometrajes dirigidos por mujeres, seguida de una sesión de preguntas y respuestas con las directoras y un espacio de networking diseñado para conectar a directoras, guionistas, productoras y talentos emergentes de nuestra comunidad.

Una noche para el cine que mira atrás, alza la voz y toma el control.
