Waves of 5Rhythms invites us into the raw, honest language of the body. Through the Heartbeat map of the 5Rhythms we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. The more embodied you are, the greater your capacity for intimacy. By befriending your inner world, you increase your possibility for genuine contact and greater pleasure.
