About the event

2025 Light Up Mancelona

BREAKFAST WITH SANTA - 9-11am at Mancelona High School. Free pancake breakfast, photos with Santa, bounce house, raffle & fun!

LIGHT UP MANCELONA - 5:00 p.m. downtown Mancelona at Triangle Park (the clock). Santa arrives by fire truck at 5pm. Free hot dogs, hot chocolate, treat bags for the kids. DJ Music. Visit with Santa at Silver Screen Salon.

LIGHT PARADE - Participants line up at Mancelona Fire Department (near Gill Roy's) at 6:15 p.m. Absolutely no walkers. Parade begins approx. 6:30 p.m. (after all kids have seen Santa). BIG PRIZES for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

WINDOW DECORATING CONTEST - Big prizes! Must pre-register by Dec. 11, 2025. Judging is Friday, Dec. 12 at dusk. Send email to: to register. Include name, address and phone number. Or, call 231-587-5500.
