About the event

Powerful Tools for Caregivers
Powerful Tools for Caregivers (PTC) is an evidence-based educational program designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend.
Participants will learn to:
- Reduce stress
- Improve self-confidence
- Better communicate feelings
- Increase their ability to make tough decisions
- Locate and identify helpful resources

The class meets for 90 minutes once a week for 6 weeks. We ask for a suggested contribution of $20. Registration is required and space is limited so register early! To register, contact Marina Wittmann, ADRC (608)355-3289

This workshop is co-facilitated with the ADRC of Columbia County.
