This 90 minute, in-person only special class will be inspired by some of the teachers that I have studied with over the years who love a good old fashioned, solid flow practice. When you just want to move, get out of your head, sweat a little, and have some fun on your mat. It’s been a long winter – let’s get moving and revive ourselves.

You can expect a solid, strong practice, but beginners with some experience are always welcome. We will make time for deep counterposes and rest, of course, so that you leave feeling balanced and satisfied.

A curated playlist to enhance the experience will also be a feature of this class. No matter your interpretation of “old school vinyasa”, come with an open mind and heart to shake off the cobwebs and find some freedom in the body and mind.

This practice is offered in-person only (no zoom option) and pre-registration is required (no drop-ins please) as space is limited. The fee for the 90 minutes is $25. You can pay with any of the options below to secure your spot. This practice has a 48 hour cancellation policy.
