Full Moon Restorative Yoga is a 90-minute deeply relaxing class where you are fully supported with props and guided into long, comfortable poses. You don’t need any experience! Just come as you are and let your body rest while your mind unwinds. 

? Who: Suitable for all levels. Beginners are very welcome.

? When: Monthly on Thursdays

? Where: On the beautiful Sheep's Head Way near Kilcrohane, Co. Cork. Address provided on signup. Yoga mats and props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you wish.

About Your Teacher: I'm Karen and I am a 600-hour registered yoga teacher, retreat host, astrologer, and Reiki energy worker with 6+ years of experience facilitating wellness experiences both internationally and locally. I completed my yoga studies in the US and India. I offer yoga in vinyasa, hatha, restorative and nidra styles, focusing my offerings on the ancient and mystical teachings that aid us in liberation from suffering. In addition to the physical asana (postures), my yoga classes incorporate a rich combination of other yogic practices including meditation, breathwork, and mantra (soundwork).
