In the first part, we will connect with ourselves and our hearts through movement, movement that comes from within and goes beyond our expectations.

Then together we will bless the cacao with tribal chants, share our intentions in the circle, and let the medicine of mantra and song guide us into a space of connection. The evening will unfold with the Cosmic Tree guided meditation, gentle dancing to activate the cacao, and moments of pure enjoyment.

Bring along your favorite cup, your intention, and your voice—no special skills are needed, only your presence.

? Mantra chanting, often misunderstood as idol worship, an for some of us, its a form of voice yoga. It calms the mind, relaxes the body, and awakens our energy field, allowing healing to flow with ease. Within the mouth lie 84 meridians—energy channels that are harmonized when we sing Sanskrit mantras. Each divine name represents an energy field within us, and by chanting we activate and balance these fields, inviting deep and gentle healing.
