What to Expect:

✔A weaving of traditional and modern yoga asana (physical) practices and movement,
✔Gentle breathwork technique,
✔A focus on inner and outer balance,
✔A mindful approach to self inquiry and contemplation,
✔Tea circle and philosophy share to close (optional)

Each class will meet you wherever you are in your life and practice - physically, spiritually and mentally. The style of yoga I teach blends the foundations of traditional yoga with internal martial arts, breath science and modern movement.

​Whether you started yoga in the past and something stopped you from continuing, if you practice yoga regularly or if you've never tried yoga before but looking for a welcoming program open to all levels and free of any judgement or expectation - these classes are for you:)
