Kym will guide you through some meditation and breathing techniques and into a conscious connected breathwork journey. Here we clear, anchor light, love and codes to raise our frequency, align with our true purpose and allow our gifts to land so that we can shine our most abundant light. We continue this journey on a gentler, more passive manner with a shavasana of all shavasanas - 1 hour of live sound vibrations. 

This unique sound journey will include the drum, tibetan and crystal bowls, the gongs, harmonium, flute, chimes, the voice and more sacred instruments to encourage deep relaxation, release and healing. Here, you truly let go after the breathing and allow the healing vibrations to do their work as you soak up the powerful sounds. 

Sound meditations are great for beginners to meditation - as they tend to be active enough to give your busy mind something to focus on while simultaneously creating and holding space for you to drop deeper into a meditative state without years of practice. 

Magnify the power of this full moon with a sacred sound journey and breath session - and top it off with sharing in a cup of warm chai.
