Sunday, December 7 at Beech Mtn
Recess will be kicking things off with the first rail jam of the season. Beech Mountain Park Crew will have the setup dialed in and ready for all levels of riders.
This event will be jam format, meaning all riders in their category will be riding at the same time and overall impressions will be what leads you to the podium. Judges will be focusing on style, difficulty of tricks, how much of the course is being used, and the overall quality of tricks landed per rider.
A little twist this year — we’ve teamed up with Red Bull and will be incorporating the Red Bull STOMP event into the rail jam with $1,000 up for grabs. One male and one female rider will have the opportunity to STOMP the best trick of the day during the contest and each win $500 cash.
This is a Snowboard Only Event.
Categories include Mens Beginner Snowboard, Mens Intermediate Snowboard, Mens Advanced Snowboard, and Womens Snowboard Open.
Entry for the event is $15. You must have a day lift ticket to access the hill. Group rate day tickets will be available that day in Group Sales for any registered riders.
Helmets are required to compete. If you do not have a helmet, you can borrow one from the Beech Mtn Rental Department.

Mens Advanced Snowboard Warm Up 12:45 p.m. to 1 p.m.
Re-rake 1 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Mens Advanced Snowboard 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Awards 3 p.m.
